I am a Behavioural Therapist, trained and guided by LCCH Asia (London College of Clinical Hypnosis Asia), and an Associate Member of BSCHIP. I use practical, evidence-based hypnotherapy techniques to help people reduce stress, overcome challenges, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
My journey began with meditation in 2016, which gave me a deep appreciation for the connection between mind and body. This continues to guide my work today, as I support clients in a safe and caring space where positive, lasting change can naturally unfold.
